With over 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, I am currently the Shipping Lead at Verde Fulfillment USA, a leading third-party logistics company that serves e-commerce businesses across various industries. I manage the shipping operations for more than 100 clients, ensuring that their products ship in a timely manner and meet their quality and delivery standards. I also oversee the training of new employees, contact the carriers with issues, and schedule pickups for LTL shipments. I am skilled in data analysis, LTL shipping, inventory forecasting, and warehouse operations. I use these competencies to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs and errors. I am also hazmat certified and proficient in various software and tools, such as FedEx Ship Manager, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks. In addition to my shipping expertise, I am passionate about game programming and development. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in this field at Southern New Hampshire University, where I learn to create engaging and immersive games using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. My goal is to apply my shipping and logistics knowledge to find innovative solutions for complex problems and enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
