About Eric Kernal

As children, most of us go through the “why?” stage, and some of us are fortunate enough to hold on to it. I look at the world through a lens of abductive reasoning, striving to relate new observations to existing perceptions; to conquer knowledge of any subject I can.My love of understanding is only eclipsed by putting that knowledge to use. Finding seemingly unrelated information that, when looked at in a certain way, brings focus to a simple and elegant solution, is a rush to me. I’ve spent over 15 years of channeling my passion into helping a diverse range of people and businesses. From gaining communication with combative clients, to employee development, to working with stakeholders on procedure implementation, my motivation has always been the payoff of seeing my help, knowledge, and ideas being useful to others. My biggest thrill is when I’m able to witness lasting, far-reaching effects as a result of my understanding, ideas, and efforts, and this is the direction I intend to head. I love examining the nuances of processes and finding opportunities for improvements – not just efficiency, but improving the experience to drive that efficiency. Addressing policy gaps so no one has to guess is a guilty pleasure of mine. Creating a new tool to improve flexibility and performance is like creating a work of art – plus I’m learning as I create! If you’re looking for someone who’s committed to streamlining, in a manner that improves performance through employee buy-in, please consider dropping me a line.
