Experienced IT leader with 20+ years across infrastructure, system administration, and software development — now transitioning into cybersecurity with a focus on management, governance, and secure IT operations. Currently serving as System Manager at Extreme Broadband Sdn. Bhd, I lead initiatives in firewall configuration, WAF, endpoint protection (CrowdStrike), and ensure readiness for business continuity and disaster recovery. My shift toward cybersecurity is a natural extension of my responsibilities: strengthening security policies, managing access controls, implementing network segmentation, and supporting compliance efforts (e.g, ISO 27001, PDPA). I hold the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) and am preparing to sit for the SSCP.
