A goal orientated, professional with the aspiration of creating a workplace free of injury while ensuring that all legislative and project requirements are adhered to. In the unfortunate event of an injury occurring, my number one goal is to return the worker to pre accident abilities. Providing suitable and sustainable duties to the worker, and assisting in a prompt return to work. Developing immediate and long term corrective actions that will mitigate the risk of any other worker becoming injured. Tracking leading indicators, and developing a proactive approach to workplace health and safety, through incentive plans and encouraging peer to peer mentoring. I encourage a transparent line of communication from the senior management level, to the field level worker, creating a culture of a satisfied workforce which in turn increases production and minimizes injury potential. Fundamental core values for a safe work culture can be simplified by Planning the work, Protecting the workers, Producing for the client, and finally, Profiting from a job well done.
