Design, administer, and direct others in the development and delivery of energy efficiency programs and renewable energy initiatives with a particular focus on member and retail customer project support. Prepare and track budgets for assigned programs, applying an understanding of cost justification and cost-effectiveness. Track and report impacts (e.g, kWh, kW, incentives/grants, expenses), demonstrate that the programs are cost-effective. Develop and manage programs designed to assist WPPI Energy member utilities with the placement of renewable energy projects in their communities. Develop and manage energy efficiency programs targeting utility and municipal buildings in WPPI Energy member communities. Identify and evaluate energy efficiency solutions for commercial and industrial customers. Find appropriate incentives to help offset the cost of upfront cost associated with those solutions. Specialties: Solar PV, wind and biogas.
