Instructional designer with over 7 years’ experience with the ADDIE model, as well as Learning Design Thinking, and in-depth knowledge of the ARCS, Dick & Carey, Kemp, and Iterative Design models. Successfully planned and executed training for teams ranging from three to 250 personnel. Directed the deployment lifecycle for 22 Soldiers and their equipment, which consists of six months of training, international movement of equipment and personnel, 12 months of tactical operations, redeployment, and a three-month reintegration period. Enhanced interagency and international cooperation through communication and collaboration with technical partners (Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others), multinational partners, and United States military agencies.
