I am motivated by that feeling of accomplishment after completing tasks and helping, improving, motivating, and just being with. people. People help companies accomplish their goals and objectives and managing them is my specialty. The success of the office operations and teams I’ve managed throughout my career shows my commitment to building and improving. I have experience managing operations for over 29 departments and personnel, including corporate human resources (payroll, staffing, hiring, terminating, promoting), training, program development, project management, and more: Secured the safety of all employees amidst the rapid spread of COVID-19 with limited supplies and resources. Replaced two Office Managers and turned underperforming and unproductive offices into top-performing. Became known for building a culture of learning and development and increased company advancement.
