About Eric L.

As the Senior Vice President of Radioss Development and Altair Solver HPC at Altair, I lead a team of talented engineers and developers who are responsible for enhancing RADIOSS finite element analysis software and its open-source version OpenRadioss, the only industry standard open platform in the market. I also oversee the parallel development R&D for all Altair solvers, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across different platforms and architectures. My original background is software optimization and parallelization on clusters and multicore architectures, I have a deep knowledge of MPI and OpenMP technologies, as well as GPU computing and coprocessors. I am passionate about delivering quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and partners, and that enable them to solve complex engineering problems faster and more efficiently. I am a business angel and member of Méditerranée Investissement, a network of investors who support innovative startups in the Mediterranean region.
