About Eric L. Weech

I have enjoyed the many years of hard work and my association with multiple strong companies. I have had the privilege of working with, for, and as a supervisor of many excellent, committed, and talented individuals. It has been said that "we are only as good as the people we surround ourselves with" and I have learned that this is a true statement. I have 21 plus years directly involved with operations, first as a mechanic directly involved in the repair of equipment and then as a multilevel manager overseeing all aspects of the operation. I have appreciated my experience in evaluating, analyzing, and solving difficult challenges. Many times the solution to the difficult challenge required a new and/or creative idea. When it did, other challenges had to be tackled such as engineering an approach, selling and/or marketing the idea to management and to the crew, and then executing the solution while maintaining a safe and effective plan. Success has always been the outcome! My resume displays a long list of achievements in performance improvement, cost reduction, revenue creation, and profit growth. Me and my team have been most proud that, while we improved operationally, we were always laser focused on the individual. Motivation and proper training allowed the collective team the ability to understand, reach, and then beat safety and operational targets. I am truly focused on growing the team to be the strongest it can be.
