Over the past five years as Regional Manager with BFM, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside dedicated teams within Mission Thrift Stores, helping guide both people and operations toward the strategic goals of the organization. My focus has always been on building strong relationships, creating an environment where people can succeed, and ensuring that growth both personal and organizational moves in the same direction. I’ve been able to support leaders as they’ve stepped into new opportunities, while also continuing to grow myself through the challenges and responsibilities that come with the role. I value strategy, but even more, I value the people who bring it to life. Seeing teams flourish, stores reach new potential, and the larger mission advance has been the most rewarding part of my journey.
