Onboarded, trained, and professionally developed three new branch managers during the same period. Controlled the operations of all branch teams across the Southeast region comprised of Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas as the Vice President of Operations for Brickman prior to the merger that formed Brightview. Drove a major expansion for Brickman into several new Florida markets including Naples, Fort Myers, and Ocala, which played a key role in overall revenues jumping from $35M to over $51M annually across the Florida region.
