I am a Senior Solutions Architect / Principal Full Stack Engineer with expertise on overall UX/UI in relation to entire systems concerns. I bring considerable experience as a leader, mentor and coach. I provide expertise in CQRS / Event Sourcing / Event Modeling / React. Team-building and technology are my passions. I have the leadership skills to galvanize engineers with diverse skill levels, and the technical knowledge to understand and relate the vision, strategy, budget and timeline for the project at hand. With a focus on mentorship and innovation, I build self-driven, motivated and capable teams who construct high-quality, end user-focused, scalable software.Since 2004, I have developed significant software expertise, strong technical skills and a track record of bringing teams of developers together in the industry. By leveraging deep coaching capabilities, I provide mentorship and expertise in the areas of ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, Test-driven development, cloud computing, Docker and microservices architecture. When under time pressure to build products without expert oversight, a low-quality product is often the result. Teams scramble to re-write the same software which fixes some bugs but creates others, and the vicious cycle continues repeatedly.Through a combination of industry experience and technical expertise, I lead teams in building quality software from the outset.
