About Eric Leduc

Acting as the Vice-President Operations, with more than 20 years of experience in operations management, I have been overseeing the activities of Groupe Focus for over 10 years now. My role within the company is to harmonize all interdepartmental interactions and to ensure the organization of our operations in order to maximize the level of performance of our many services. I oversee the activities of our premium used furniture center (MUP) and the management of distribution centers. I also oversee our Sales Coordination, Warehousing and Outsourcing, Quality Control, 3D Modeling and CAD Computer Aided Design services. I finally take care of supervising the activities of our installation and delivery company. In my daily life, I am lucky to be able to rely on an exceptional team of more than 85 professionals absolutely dedicated to the success of the organization. All members of our team are essential to our collective success and my challenge, as a Vice-President, is to provide each of them with the support they need to achieve their goals.
