About Eric Lemmens

With over 25 years of professional experience in business and corporate & investment banking, I am the Managing Director of FinLead, a boutique financial advisory firm that specializes in corporate finance, structured finance, and corporate governance. I hold an MBA from IESE Business School, a BBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit, and a NCD-Nyenrode Commissarissen Cyclus certificate in corporate governance. My core competencies include entrepreneurial business development, financial risk management, leadership and relationship building, and innovation. I have successfully started up and led new businesses in supply chain finance and commodity finance at Citigroup and RBS, managing P&L and building global and regional teams. I have also developed a vibrant network of senior executives in multinational corporates, public sector entities, and ministries of finance and economic affairs across various geographies. Additionally, I have invested in and advised fintech start-ups and scale-ups, and served as a non-executive director in various boards. My mission is to leverage my expertise and network to deliver value-added and tailor-made solutions to my clients and partners.
