Over 22 years’ experience in high technology and semiconductor industries, and worked with top best global companies. Including 16 years Project leader experience, was responsible for NPI product / PCBA/ Mechanical/ EVT/ DVT qualification/ Safety Certificate/ Assembling/ Pilot run/ MP/ Supply chain management/ ODM management/ Customer program management, and Business administrative support. Specialized in NPI product innovation, process building & upgrading, application tools usage (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Agile and SharePoint), communication & negotiation with Internal and Ex-ternal supply chain, with outstanding performance of proven track record. Strong capability in product development process knowhow, ability to control and bridge up HW/SW/ME/QA design development on cross system platform and build up system validation Test Plan. EXPERIENCE: EUV N3 Project Lead, Taiwan Tainan, CS Group -ASML Inc. Tainan 2022~ Responsible for leading availability improvements by identifying issues with analyzing data and by chasing both local and central teams to solution delivery and implementation. Identify problems from all available data sources, chase for solution and implementation and align with all stakeholders, including customer. Excel and Power BI as tool. Work with counterpart (CS/DnE/CS NPI…) through planning activities to improve availability issues, and provide follow-up on the deployment activities. Preventive Maintenance, MTBF (lot aborts), XLD/XLR and performance/ tsmc accountable downtime with clear goal and planning. Co-work with both central and local CS teams. Helping to define dedication issues and co-work with CS team to address EUV availability issues, drive upcoming solutions and escalate if progress is insufficient.
