About Eric Lin

I am Technical leader of Circuit & Packaging Materials dep, DuPont E&C, in charge of DuPont Pyralux® products selling and technical service in Taiwan and China. Major of my customers are Taiwan FPCB fabricators, like Mektec, Career, Fukui, SECT, Mflex and Flexium who are all the marketing leaders of FPC. As a sales & technical leader, I have enjoyed to work closely with my customers and internal support teams to handling day to day challenges. And also have interesting to position as a specialist of laminate to coordinate laminate biz and marketing information for sales and market teams. And my career values are formed in a variety of ways through work experiences, have flexibility, excitement, independence and variety. Also have enough money to balance my life comfortably. My career goal is to be in a role as a sale, technical and marketing related, which has direction interaction with customers, market and internal teams to secure value. I am respected in my team because of my specialty of laminate knowledge and sales skill. Before I jointed DuPont, I had more than four years of research & develop experience in FPC material and process design at Flexium Interconnect, Inc. Taiwan. During this job, I have had valuable professional experience in the FPC where I have been responsible for the material survey, process design, technology service, and promotion of FPC parts business. In addition, above experience had also provided me with an in-depth knowledge of effecive marketing concepts and sales capability.
