A highly respected specialist in Leadership and Management Development and an accredited coach and facilitator. Eric brings 40 years of experience of the Financial Services Industry and most recently 7 years leading the Talent Development team at Lloyd’s of London. Amongst Eric’s recent career highlights are: • Design and implementation of Lloyd’s University, including the Career Management Centre and Leadership Academy • Awarded for Outstanding Contribution to HR and Learning and Development at the Market People Awards • Conception and implementation of Lloyd’s Learning Week which expanded in 2016 to a market wide Learning Festival reaching over people across the Lloyd’s Market • Establishing Lloyd’s Market Leadership Development Programme as a world class intervention. • Overseeing the expansion of Lloyd’s Graduate scheme to an emerging talent strategy embracing an apprentice programme and accessing the Apprentice Levy • Launching a Coaching for Leaders Programme within Lloyd’s enabling leaders to develop their coaching skills and attain a qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management In addition to his consulting practice, Eric teaches in Business Studies with Pearson Business School and with the Open University, where as Practice Tutor on the Senior Leadership Apprenticeship, and Chartered Management Degree Programmes he also helping students work towards their Apprenticeship Degree.
