I am dedicated to collaborating with the Faculty of Computing, Engineering & Science team to identify and cultivate valuable partnerships both within the UK and internationally. Our collective mission is to enrich the student journey, foster the development of sought-after professionals, and contribute to the economic prosperity of our community. My ambition is to forge enduring, high-caliber partnerships that not only enhance the educational experience for our students but also meet the evolving needs of the industry. I am committed to:* Boosting STEM Engagement: Encouraging broader participation in STEM fields.* Promoting Workplace Diversity: Advocating for a more inclusive and diverse professional environment.* Digital Literacy Advocacy: Elevating awareness of digital opportunities among young learners.* Adult Education: Advancing the skills of the adult workforce. Ultimately, my goal is to position Wales as an exemplary place to live, work, and pursue academic endeavours.
