About Eric Lo

A seasoned accounting and finance professional with more than 30 years of working experience in accounting, corporate finance, external and internal auditing, financial data analysis, operation management and fund raising for local and multinational companies. Taking more management responsibilities after promoted to the position of the General Manager in 2003 in a Sino-US gas-fired power plant in Chengdu. As a Principal in PE, I actively participated in project acquisition and data analysis (especially in medical/hospital management and TMT industry), facilities establishment, bank loan application, assets management and IPO process/back door listing. Now, I am a Consultant of Corporate Finance of Macau Legend Development Ltd (HK listed company #1680) to contribute my professional and financial skill. Familiar with the US GAAP/IFRS, PRC GAAP and PRC taxation, business set-up procedures and audit requirements in HK/PRC. Have excellent communication skill and experiences in negotiation with Chinese officers and stakeholders e.g. National Development and Reform Commission and SinoPec.
