About Eric Love

I’m a purpose-driven leader with a dynamic background spanning private aviation, hospitality, military service, public leadership, and the rapidly growing sport of pickleball. My career reflects a consistent theme: building high-performing teams, creating world-class experiences, and delivering measurable results across diverse, people-focused industries. 15+ years in hospitality and private aviation, serving ultra-high-net-worth clients with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and care. Former three-term mayor and U.S. military leader — bringing operational discipline, crisis management, and a mission-first mindset to every team and project. Passionate about building lifestyle-driven communities — especially within the pickleball space — through brand strategy, membership growth, and genuine engagement. Known for entering new environments and generating immediate impact, thanks to a flexible leadership style, cross-functional skill set, and an entrepreneurial spirit.Whether guiding elite travel logistics, leading civic initiatives, or growing a next-generation sports and wellness brand, I operate with integrity, initiative, and a deep belief in creating experiences that connect people and elevate performance.
