I have extensive knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), practices, roles, responsibilities, laws, executive orders, and relevant Intelligence Community governing principles. My experience includes the ability to apply program and organizational management concepts, practices, guidelines, and processes to define intelligence issues and problems, manage and coordinate work, and provide expert advice to assigned intelligence programs and projects across a complex organization. I also have current knowledge of the resource allocation process as it functions in the Intelligence Community and DOD along with planning, programming, and budgeting processes from formulation through congressional justification. My experience includes National MASINT, National and Tactical GEOINT, National and Tactical SIGINT, Analysis, Operations, and Collection Management, with a special focus area of Support to Military Operations and National to Tactical Integration.
