About Eric MacKay

I am a Partner in the Advisory practice at PwC Malta specialising in valuations, financial due diligence engagements, capital market transactions, and financial modelling services. I am also actively involved in the firm's initiatives in the Value Creation space. My experience in Deals services is across a range of industries, including financial services, telecommunication, FMCG, manufacturing and energy sectors. My experience at PwC includes an internship at PwC Chicago, a secondment within the Transactions team at PwC Rome, and 2 years (2018-2020) within the Corporate Value Advisory team at PwC Australia specialising in the valuation of business equity/enterprises, infrastructure assets, intangible assets, and financial instruments for financial reporting, transactions, capital raisings and tax restructuring purposes across various industries. I completed my Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree at the University of Malta and am also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. I am also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA). During the period 2012-2018, I was also an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Malta.
