About Eric Mah

Eric started his career in sales after graduating from his Bachelor of Commerce degree. He progressed through the ranks to Sales Manager in a couple of years and was put in charge of managing the Melbourne branch. Eric moved through various industries learning different skills in marketing, accounting and business consultancy before taking up a position as Business Manager to assist a new Nandos Franchisee in their business. After accumulating his variety of skills and experience in the different fields and industry, he decided to pursue his own business with a Jim's Bookeeping franchise to assist his SME clients in their own businesses. Through the assistance from one of his clients and the demand of additional services from his existing clients, Eric branched out into Mortgage Finance, with his wife (a qualified CPA) taking over his reins in the bookkeeping division. Eric initially assisted his clients in all aspect of mortgage finance, but eventually specialising in working with property investors, providing a tailor made strategy for clients who are just starting in property investing to experience investors with multiple properties. He assist his clients achieve their property investing goals by maximising their borrowing capacity via creative mortgage planning. Eric is not a person to sit still, decided to change direction and joined Xero, a leading cloud accounting software listed company to lend his experiences to Xero Partners in growing their businesses with Xero.
