As a Quality Control Inspector at Hose McCann Communications I ensure that the quality of our products meet and exceed our company's standards. I verify that our procedures and SOP's are up to date and that they are implemented within the company. I have my ISO 9001internal audit certificate. GA Telesis, I ensured the highest standards of quality and safety for the company's products and services in the aviation industry. With over 13 years of experience in quality control, I have developed a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and efficiency, as well as a strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and FAA requirements and best practices.I leverage my skills in Syspro, Oracle Database, Data Analysis, and Data Entry to monitor, record, and report on the quality performance of the production processes, products, and suppliers. I also assist the Quality Engineering team with Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and documentation of batch records (DHRs), in-process inspections, labor tracking, material inventory usage, and production quantities. I access the appropriate Quality System documents from Doc Locator and GAS databases for manufacturing job packets. Additionally, I provide leadership and training to the quality control team, and collaborate with the supervisors and other departments to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
