About Eric Manera

I am an individual with an inquisitive mind and great attentiveness to detail, who works well in groups but best alone. I am an excellent problem solver and love a good challenge.I am a graduate of McMaster University, majoring in economics, and more recently of the Research Analyst program at Humber College, where I was awarded the Academic Award of Excellence for achieving the highest average grade in my class. Through the Research Analyst program I learned qualitative and quantitative research techniques, written and verbal communication skills, spreadsheet and database management, and data visualization. I was also able to build my leadership skills as Project Manager for my group's Major Research Project.In my role as a Research Analyst at RBC I had to opportunity to put into practice and build upon the skills I learned in the Research Analyst Program. Through my work on CX tracking studies I analyzed survey data and created monthly reports that were distributed to stakeholders throughout the organization. I also had the opportunity to work on many ad-hoc projects where I leveraged my skills in survey design, questionnaire writing, and report preparation, as well as communicating with both internal stakeholders and external research vendors to ensure that projects were successfully completed and stakeholder needs were met.
