Eric is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has a Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), and an MBA graduate in business consulting with extensive experience with Sarbanes Oxley, PCAOB requirements, IPPF and COSO Framework. Eric has more than 10 years of internal auditing and public traded company experience with proficiency in internal audit, fraud risk management, SOX and internal controls. He has industry experience in leisure and hospitality and the complex biotech, demonstrating proficiency with issues that are typical for biotechnology companies. His current role involves leading and supporting the end-to-end internal controls over financial reporting to help the company meet the highly complex regulatory requirements as a publicly traded company. He facilitated Immatics N.V US IPO process by helping Immatics achieve SOX compliance.
