As Head of Global Commercial Strategy at The HEINEKEN Company, I lead global commercial strategy development for the company, identifying and aligning commercial priorities to deliver superior, balanced growth. I have nearly 20 years of experience leading global consumer brands and advising consumer businesses, and a passion for innovation, transformation, and building high-performing teams. I began my brand-building career at Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, where I was recognized as 'Top Talent' in Brand Management and led strategic marketing initiatives for two leading global beauty brands. In 2015, I joined HEINEKEN in New York, where I developed breakthrough campaigns for two global brands, won national marketing and PR awards, and was recognized for 'Outstanding' performance. In 2019, I was invited to join HEINEKEN's Global Head Office in Amsterdam as Global Marketing Lead for Amstel, a billion-Euro, top-5 global brand sold in 115 countries. In this role, I made Amstel ULTRA a global 'Big Bet', launched the brand in China, led a global partnership with tennis superstar Rafael Nadal, growing brand volume by 30%+ in 3 years. In 2022, I became Portfolio Strategy Lead for Europe, advising HEINEKEN's Europe President and Managing Directors on strategic choices to accelerate growth and optimize ~€1B ABTL in 300 brands, and leading a global transformation project to create growth strategies for all 23 EU Operating Companies.
