During my tenure at Toyota Center, I was the primary point of contact for all arena event bookings. I assisted in booking an average of 100 arena-wide events annually and coordinated logistics for over 200 internal and private events each year. Additionally, I have developed strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders both locally and nationwide. I’ve leveraged CRM, DMS, and Workflow Automation Tools, including Microsoft SharePoint, Slack, AXS Backoffice, Formstack, and Salesforce, to efficiently manage data, track sales, and generate detailed reports. I also have hands-on experience working directly with the NBA's league office and scheduling portal to facilitate the coordination of regular season and playoff games around a robust concert lineup using EventBooking software.
