My most recent projects were focused on leading and building innovative on-prem, cloud-based, and hybrid data infrastructure applications using modern tools to create engaging user experiences. I have a proven background in designing and managing full-stack projects for multiple concurrent software releases. I enjoy solving complex challenges in a collaborative and creative environment by exploring innovative ways of delivering quality software. I have the technical expertise of a software engineer with additional leadership responsibility including the happiness and productivity of my cross-functional teams. I'm most proud of recruiting and inspiring engineering teams, identifying and retaining talent, and providing opportunities for my team to grow professionally. I prefer to spend my free time outdoors, and if you do not find me fishing, hunting, or hiking, I am inevitably tinkering with something around the house.
