About Eric Mattsson

I'm a project manager with a background in IT and a strong interest in agile ways of working, including experience as a Scrum Master. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in service and customer-facing roles, mainly within Microsoft 365 and Azure. My technical experience helps me understand the bigger picture in projects, anticipate challenges, and bring the right people together. I’ve worked on implementations across the Nordic region, often in multilingual teams where coordinating resources across borders has been essential. My experience spans both public and private sector projects, including several AI-related initiatives, particularly around Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work, with these focused on the Norwegian market. I enjoy working closely with other people, where clear communication, shared responsibility, and a positive atmosphere make all the difference.
