About Eric McAllister

I have performed almost 2 decades of military service. I would like to continue branching in to the civilian workforce. I would like to be able to use my skills and develop more to make myself and a company better. Working in the military, I was given the chance to adopt certain values and a mindset to handle myself well in various situations. My leaders have looked to me over the course of my career for results and advice in Operations and Communications. Being performance driven and a self starter, I was given leadership opportunities above my peers early in my career. I continue to develop myself and my subordinates to achieve the results that my leaders want and need. Working in the civilian workforce, I have developed a mind for business and have seen the importance of every employee. I have only worked for a few companies but I have worked several positions. As a cashier, I understood the importance of patience. As an inventory team member, I developed a further appreciation for teamwork and organization. Working on the sales floor taught me how to communicate differently depending on peoples needs.
