I began my career as a climber and rose to Senior Branch Manager, overseeing three branches, leading 150+ employees, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales and field execution. I’ve built high-performing teams from the ground up, training under-skilled crews, instilling safety discipline, and bridging operational gaps to consistently deliver results. Two of my proudest achievements include transforming a branch with one of the highest safety incident rates into a top-10 safest location and developing scalable SOPs and training programs that became the foundation for company-wide best practices post-acquisition.
