As a passionate talent development professional with two decades of diverse experiences, I like to think of myself as the Eric McConnell of this generation. You know, the guy who rolls out of bed every morning and says to himself,"Self, this is a great day to build a better working world! So how 'bout you shower, pack the kids' lunches and get to building?" Yes, I really talk to myself like that. Out loud. My wife hates it. I have an extensive background in identifying and qualifying talent as a recruiting professional, with a more recent focus on developing that talent in-house. And here at EY, that means I get to team with some of the smartest, most driven, most passionate individuals all over the globe. Seriously, I'm a better professional because of the elbows I get to rub every day. I know that sounds weird, but I promise it's totally appropriate for the workplace. Specialties include: Adult Learning Facilitation, Leadership Training, Coaching, Strategic Networking, Building High-Performing Teams, and bringing a whole lot of energy (and snacks) to the office!
