With over 20 years of leadership experience in various customer-facing, revenue-generating, and B2B roles, I am currently the National Operations Support Center Manager at Securiguard, a leading provider of security services across Canada. I oversee the national operations support center that operates 24/7 and serves a diverse range of clients, from airports to universities. I am passionate about using data and CRM tools to optimize processes, improve decision-making, and enhance customer relationships. I have developed and implemented QA, reporting, and CSAT systems that resulted in an 87% CSAT score and increased retention rates. I also have a strong background in reporting methodologies, such as Excel, Oracle, SQL, Access, and Tableau. Additionally, I value culture and mentorship as key drivers of organizational success.
