I’m a founder, CEO, and Board Director with a long track record of building and growing technology businesses across space, data services, telecom, and defense sectors. I specialize in leading complex, systems-oriented businesses that operate internationally and sell to governments or large enterprises. I’ve served as a general manager, P&L leader, and board director in both public and private companies — from early-stage scale-ups to divisions of global enterprises. My experience includes spin-offs, acquisitions, complex negotiations, technology commercialization, and building high-performance teams across multiple countries. As founder and CEO of Maerospace, I led the transformation of a small services firm into a radar OEM helping navies and coast guards to combat maritime threats ranging from illegal fishing to national security. We now provide the world’s most advanced high-frequency over-the-horizon radar and patented maritime analytics, with operations on three continents and contracts with multiple government agencies. Prior to Maerospace, I helped launch or scale several businesses: • At COM DEV/exactEarth, I helped found the division and led the Satellite AIS operations group that ultimately generated a $161M exit. • At AccessTNG, I architected a new business model, completed acquisitions, and took the company public. • At Glenayre, I created a profitable satellite systems division that deployed networks systems in 13 countries and obtained a patent on an innovative satellite receiver. • At Wavetek, I doubled international revenues in 18 months and resolved a critical engineering challenge under pressure.
