Strategic HR/ER leader with an MBA foundation, guiding highly matrixed, globally diverse teams. Builds key relationships to establish trust and get results within teams supported in complex manufacturing, construction, pharma/bio-tech, and government industries. Brings a consultative Employee Relations approach to support the organization's broader goals of profitability and integrity, while balancing important employee advocacy and development. In my most recent roles, I've championed significant change management efforts, particularly post-acquisition assimilation, enhancing our organization's agility and cohesiveness. I bring a strong foundation in project management, process alignment, and influence. I've been focused on developing and executing HR strategies that empower our leaders and amplify team success through the use of data and AI tools. I've grown my HR influence and HRBP skills within complex, matrixed organizations, such as Boeing, JELD-WEN, and Thermo Fisher. I have a passion for partnering closely with Executive leaders on strategic people decisions, including organizational design, staffing, development and total compensation (e.g salary analysis, sales commissions). I also have a passion for the local community, serving on a local board of directors, and officiating youth, high school and collegiate basketball.
