About Eric Meurs

Currently employed full-time at Tesla and studying part time at NOVA. I began my professional career in 2020 at Lindsay Volvo of Alexandria. A Volvo franchise under the Lindsay umbrella. Here I worked under two ASE certified master technicians who have taught me the craft of auto repair. I worked closely in a team of three where we were consistently the number one in billable hours turned. Here is where I learned how a dealership is managed and operated, giving me many useful insights in future endeavors. In August of 2022, I started a new position at Tesla on Tyco Rd. Originally brought on as a technician for the second shift, I have since learned many of the other roles to help fill any demand. I am capable of customer facing roles, demonstrated through my work with the operations and service writing teams. I am also capable of technical work with my understanding of the automobile. My hope is that my efforts will help Tesla achieve it's goal of working towards a sustainable future.
