Lead Technology Integration Coach | Warren County Public Schools Driving transformative teaching and learning through strategic technology integration. As Lead Technology Integration Coach, I design and deliver impactful professional development across K-12, including new teacher orientations and semester-long coaching PLCs. I played a key role in developing the WCPS Essential, Effective, and Highly Effective teacher curriculum, empowering educators to meet state standards through reflective practice. I empower educators with targeted resources and coaching, fostering innovation in instructional strategies, classroom management, and technology integration. Through monthly newsletters and tailored PD, I ensure teachers have access to cutting-edge tools. I also mentor fellow coaches and support student teachers, building a strong community of practice. Prior to this role, I served as a grade-level lead teacher in both Warren County and Loudoun County Public Schools, building a foundation in effective classroom leadership. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Bridgewater College.
