I live in the space between people and technology they use. We have so many interesting tools at our disposal, from automation tools to LMSs to AI/ChatGPT to productivity suites. The choice can be overwhelming, but I bring a practiced eye and implementation experience to turn the technology invisible and let pedagogy shine.As the Customer Education Operations Manager at Heap, I help a team of talented professionals who use cutting-edge technology to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for our customers. I have over six years of experience in educational technology, automation, and organization development, and I hold an MBA and a Master's degree in Educational Technology Leadership.My passion is to leverage automation and artificial intelligence software to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of customer education/enablement and training. I have developed and implemented over 30 automations and processes that have saved hundreds of hours of instructor and manager time, and enhanced the learning outcomes for our customers. I also administer, upgrade, and automate our LMS (Skilljar), and coach cross-functional peers on using automation techniques and software. In addition, I co-led the total redesign of Heap University, our online learning platform, and implemented new customer education strategies and course design process. I am always looking for new ways to innovate and transform the way education is delivered, and I enjoy collaborating and consulting with other professionals in this field.
