One is in humanitarian emergency work and the other focused in team management and development of modern full-stack applications. I speak English, German, Spanish, Catalan and defend myself in French. I have lived and worked in South Sudan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Ukraine (both government controlled area and ATO zone) and Germany and I have run teams of up to 50 people, while managing budgets of up to 3.5 million Euros. I'm currently working as a Head of Development department for Lynx Germany, where aside from team and project management, I also code. With my remaining time, I code and manage Web and Web Application projects with a distributed team of designers, UX/UI professionals and programmers from Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. On the other side, I have 4 years of experience working in humanitarian emergency and post-emergency contexts, working in projects dealing with nutrition crisis, cholera, refugee influx settings, IDP settings, front line mobile clinics, and MDR/XDR TB. I'm used to working in highly volatile and tense environments, where constant communication with local and international partners is a must.
