Performance management/ Strategy development/ Operational action plan/ Ecological transition/ Management/ Quality Hygiene Safety Environment The positions held over the past 20 years, in public, private, associative, in France and overseas sectors, requiered a high level of involvement; dealing with general interest and environmental subject. Participating in arbitrations, co-constructing public policies or operational roadmaps, supporting the transformation of organizations, are part of my functions and interest. Motivated by efficiency at work, I am also adept at integrated management methods. Stimulating teams by giving meaning and visibility, trusting, empowering while giving autonomy, manager in project mode in respect and kindness, this is the managerial method that drives me daily. The ongoing environmental and societal transition requires a global and systemic approach to issues. It also relies on technical expertise and the maintenance of a strong interaction between governance and the field. To consult, dialogue, communicate with its teams and the many actors must remain the keystone of any project, if we want to build consensus and inscribe it in the long term.
