I am an expert team development leader with experience in facilitation, organization excellence and motivating teams and function to produce their best results. I leverage my Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification and skills in communication, consulting, and team motivation to help teams across the organization reach their greatest potential. I create content, resources, and tools that enable teams to communicate effectively, collaborate efficiently, and achieve their goals. I also provide internal consultation to teams at all levels, from project level to cross-functional and leadership, in effort to build trust, resolve conflicts, overcome challenges, and build on successes. I am passionate about fostering a culture of learning, growth, and innovation where teams have the freedom to make impactful business decisions based on their expertise and partner with leaders at both functional and executive levels.
