About Eric Munger

What draws us to a career and keeps us in it? For me, its the people I work with. Whether it was the clients I helped for so many years while selling real estate, or now as the broker-in-charge working with and supporting Realty One agents - the people have kept me in this career. I don't measure my success through awards received or achievements, but through the people I've had the pleasure of working with. I have lived here in the Winston-Salem/Triad area for most of my life. Its certainly home to me. I originally got into real estate in 1998 and I've now been in real estate full time since 2005. I started Realty One in 2010 as my sales continued to grow. After personally selling over 500 homes, I stepped back into a management role to be the broker-in-charge for Realty One and use my sales experience to help train and coach our agents. Each and every day, I see our Realty One agents hard at work, representing their clients with a passion and a desire to ensure the clients needs are not just met, but are exceeded. This isn't an easy thing to do in Real Estate. The roadblocks and pitfalls to a successful transaction are many. Offer details, negotiations, paperwork, inspections, closing coordination - these kind of terms don't even begin to describe all the countless details an agent has to make sure are handled appropriately for a closing to go smoothly. I'm proud of our people, of our company culture, and the many lives we've made better through the service we provide.
