He has five years of experience as a UX Researcher, working with clients in various industries such as oil & gas, technology, travel/airlines, energy, industrial services, construction, utilities, and manufacturing. Eric applies mixed-methods research to uncover supply chain inefficiencies and opportunities for success and deliver feasible recommendations and KPIs. Identifying product shortcomings and areas for improvement for an artificial lift production optimization software and providing a roadmap to boost the NPS and UX-Lite. Discovering that a construction company's workforce wasted over hours and $200k annually due to insufficient tool usage and procedural bottlenecks and addressing feasible solutions to streamline the workflow and reduce the costs.
