About Eric Ohotto

As a Network Operations Engineer at Verizon, I apply my extensive background in information technology and telecommunications to support the design, installation, and maintenance of various network systems and devices. I have over five years of experience in this role, and I am a FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot, which enables me to conduct aerial inspections and surveys of network infrastructure. I am skilled in network administration, two-way radio, point-to-point, distributed antenna systems, satellite communications, electronics, computer hardware and software, electrical, troubleshooting, and networking. I leverage these skills to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of Verizon's network services and to provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. I am also a combat veteran and a graduate of St Cloud Technical and Community College, where I studied electrical, and communications engineering and computer programming. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my professional development.
