My name is Eric O'Keefe and I currently work as a Customer & Partner Support Manager at Arcoro, an HR Software Company. I’ve been employed with Arcoro for three years and enjoy working in the HR space. Currently I manage our Time and Attendance portion of our support team here at Arcoro. I’ve had the opportunity here to work with our team members on professional development, improving the quality and quantity of support given, and build a proactive culture to deliver white-glove product service. Additionally, I’ve worked with our customers directly to assist in problem solving, streamlining processes and prioritizing needs for our customers who work and live in the HR Space. I graduated in 2022 from the W.P. Carey School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Marketing. I live in the Scottsdale area with my wife, our daughter, and our two dogs.
