Background
About Eric Osborne
In April of 2019, I accepted a position as New Glenn's Dynamic Environments Lead at Blue Origin. I started my career in 1983 at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD where I worked in the Electro-Mechanical Branch. I worked on spacecraft instruments used on the Gamma Ray Observatory (GRO), Cosmic Background Exploxer (COBE), Mars Observer (MO), and many other spacecraft. In 1990, I joined Orbital Sciences where I was the environments and test lead for the Taurus (Minotaur-C) launch vehicle for all 10 missions flown to date. More recently I acted as Technical Advisor on the Parker Solar Probe Upper Stage. I've worked on many other projects and proposal teams along the way, filling both technical and management roles.
