About Eric Osment

I’ve been in an out of machines all of my life, from learning to work on them with my father too learning to drive when I was ten, anything motorized has been a passion so after high school i got into landscape construction too get familiar with the smaller machines in a full time work setting, after doing that for a few years I made the jump to go to olds college and get proper training on all different types of heavy equipment which led to my now career at Kidco construction. And while it took me in a different direction and into a utility service position I still often run different machines such as articulated rock truck, both track and wheeled skid loader, backhoe, and excavator. The Quick trench position has helped expand my views on safety, communication, time management, organization, and leadership. Also having to manage my inventory, and deal with supplier relations in helping solidify solid contracts between kidco and other plumbing suppliers has built up my ability to collaborate with management on reaching one common goal.
