Expertise in planning, budgeting, and operational oversight, with a proven track record of collaborating with elected boards and city councils to achieve strategic objectives. I have successfully led diverse capital improvement initiatives, including a notable $15 million water storage project at Covington Water District. As a Project Manager, I excel in public utility management, strategic planning, and budget development, overseeing comprehensive project plans from scope development, contract negotiations, construction, and project closeout. My tenure at the City of Renton allowed me to spearhead complex water department projects while representing the department at council meetings and public forums, ensuring alignment with city objectives and fostering transparency through effective engagement with elected boards and city councils. My ability to cultivate relationships with community stakeholders has enhanced trust and collaboration within the community. Prior to that, I directed/designed water-related projects at Valley Civil Design and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while managing budgets and schedules effectively. I also serve as the President and Trustee Board Member for the Firgrove Mutual Water Board, further demonstrating my commitment to community outreach and stakeholder relations. My career began with the United States Marine Corps, where I honed my leadership skills as a work center supervisor, achieving multiple meritorious promotions and earning recognition as an Engineering School Honor Graduate. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin’s University, I remain dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering successful project outcomes in all my endeavors.
