Eric has over 20 years of mechanical design experience, with over 15 of those in management roles. Working at manufacturing facilities of OEM manufacturers has provided a thorough understanding of the of the development process from concept through prototyping and production. His time spent as a quality assurance leader has provided an appreciation of establishing standards and procedures, and the ability to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of a quality program throughout an organization. Eric's most fulfilling role is leader, mentor, and coach. having managed groups from three to 25, he knows how to delegate, empower, instill pride and foster a culture that drives continuous improvement. Having lead diverse groups of technical and non-technical resources, including contract, he knows good ideas can come from anywhere, and the most innovative ideas come from high functioning teams.
